RESERVING YOUR DATE
Your wedding date is not reserved until your proposal has been accepted and the required deposit has been received.
DEPOSIT
A deposit is required to secure your date and will be applied toward your final balance.
FINAL DETAILS
We'll confirm your final guest count, service details, timing, and topping selections in advance of your wedding.
FINAL PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due prior to your wedding date according to the payment schedule outlined in your proposal.We understand that wedding plans can evolve. If something changes, please let us know as soon as possible so we can work with you on the best available options.
CHANGES TO YOUR EVENT
Changes to guest count, service time, location, or other event details are subject to availability and may affect your final pricing.
DATE CHANGES
If your wedding date changes, we'll do our best to accommodate the new date based on availability.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation terms, including any applicable deposit or payment policies, will be outlined in your proposal before booking.
WEATHER & OUTDOOR EVENTS
For outdoor celebrations, we'll work with you and your venue on an alternate service plan when weather conditions could affect safe setup or service.
